My Baby Looks Like A Seahorse...: Easy Baby

Lincoln spent all day today from 7am-2pm with me at work! We are so blessed that I have two part time jobs where I can bring my kid to work every day. My swim team, that I have been loyal to for four years, lets me bring Lincoln to work with me every day. That means he is going to be out at the pool from about 8:30am-12pm, every day Monday through Friday, starting the first week in June until the end of July. They are so accommodating that I even get to bring a swing and store in the concessions room. Then from end of July to November, I get to bring Lincoln to water polo practice from 3:00-5:30 five days a week, plus tournaments on the weekends. All I know is that this kid better like swimming and water polo or else his life is going to be pretty boring, in regards to sports, because I plan on coaching until I die!

As a quick practice run, I brought Lincoln to the swim meet today all by myself and he did so well. I got so many comments not only on his cuteness but how 'easy' he is. I'm not going to lie, and I hope I'm not shooting my self in the foot, but Lincoln is easy. He loves being passed around to other people, will sleep wherever, will eat wherever, and not fuss too much. One parent even told me not to have anymore children because the next one will probably be an absolute terror since Link is so well behaved. HA! I really just keep praying that it stays this way....

It was so nice and comforting knowing that a three hour practice is going to be nothing to this dude since he handled a 6 hour meet so well! Plus, he is much more enjoyable first thing in the morning.

I love working for my team and I love more so that they are family friendly. I'm so blessed to be working with a team that values me so much as a coach that they let me bring my kid to work! I also have so many parents that want to love on him and baby sit him while they wait for their kids to finish practice. Same thing goes for my high school coaching job.
