As a quick practice run, I brought Lincoln to the swim meet today all by myself and he did so well. I got so many comments not only on his cuteness but how 'easy' he is. I'm not going to lie, and I hope I'm not shooting my self in the foot, but Lincoln is easy. He loves being passed around to other people, will sleep wherever, will eat wherever, and not fuss too much. One parent even told me not to have anymore children because the next one will probably be an absolute terror since Link is so well behaved. HA! I really just keep praying that it stays this way....
It was so nice and comforting knowing that a three hour practice is going to be nothing to this dude since he handled a 6 hour meet so well! Plus, he is much more enjoyable first thing in the morning.
I love working for my team and I love more so that they are family friendly. I'm so blessed to be working with a team that values me so much as a coach that they let me bring my kid to work! I also have so many parents that want to love on him and baby sit him while they wait for their kids to finish practice. Same thing goes for my high school coaching job.
In my coaching gear and looking tired after Saturdays meet. |
In other news, Lincoln can roll over now! Yee haw!
Crazy hair and loves blowing spit bubbles. Such a boy! |
Bath time after I got home on Saturday |
More bad hair and spit bubbles. |
Sleepy time |
Playing video games with Uncle Zach. |
With Daddy at Uncle Zach's section swim meet. He got 2nd and 3rd overall! |
Lincoln is easy and I will probably look back on this entry when he is a teenager and think oh gosh why didn't he just stay this easy!
